The general management office of the company, the heads of each department, the leaders of Youfen and Shuidiyigonglian, as well as the project team members all attended. The meeting clarified the construction goals, implementation scope, promotion milestones and the responsibilities of the three parties, laying a solid foundation for the efficient implementation of the project.

    At the meeting, the representative of Youfen Company introduced the implementation plan of the ERP system. This system covers core areas such as resource management, operation and financial accounting, and can build an integrated management platform to support refined management and scientific decision-making. The project team broke down the implementation process and stage goals, and stated that they would rely on mature experience to fully ensure that the system meets the needs of the enterprise.

The Shuidi Engineering Alliance team focused on the production end and analyzed the core value of the MES system. This system enables real-time collection and full traceability of data throughout the production process, including “people, machines, materials, methods, and environment”, effectively addressing issues such as production opacity and insufficient control.

In his concluding speech, Mr. Cen pointed out that the dual system construction of ERP and MES is a key strategic measure for enterprises to break through, improve quality, and transform and upgrade. The aim is to eliminate information silos, fill the gaps in production control, achieve full-process collaboration of orders, production, inventory, and finance, and comprehensively reshape the production and management systems.
